Welcome to the future

Onwards and upwards as the saying goes.

This is a first for us at RASC and RCT Association, Birkenhead Branch, our very own website.

I know websites have been around since 1991, so yes, we are a tad late on parade (shocking pun), however, we at our branch think that it is time for us to get out to a much wider audience, so that we can carry forward all the hard work that our brothers and sisters in arms have paved for us, we want to have an association for generations to come.

We are hoping to have a newsletter for subscribers and hope to encourage new members to our welcoming branch.

Our RASC and RCT Association Branch welcome Ex-serving members of Royal Army Service Corp, Royal Corp of Transport, RLC, and all ACC, REME, MEDICS, In fact we welcome all male & female comrades from all branches of the army.

We have a varied list of events throughout the year, some are free and some have a cost. As a branch we subsidise the cost of our events as much as we can, so that they are affordable for as many as possible.

We have a yearly events schedule which include:-

Veterans Weekend at Blackpool

St. Georges Day celebrations

Summer Garden Party

Quarterly luncheons

Christmas Party

and

Buckingham Palace Garden Party courtesy of The Not Forgotten.

We also have day trips, days away, both home and abroad.
